Return / Exchange Policy
TONNEAU CLASSIC COVERS want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make.
This policy forms part of the Tonneau Classic Covers Terms and Conditions applicable to both in store and online purchases. It is applicable to customers who seek to return or exchange items or request refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Exchange / Return Eligibility
- Customers have 5 days to request a return or exchange after receiving their item.
- Proof of purchase is required for all products bought online or in store.
- Products eligible for returns or exchange must meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Ensure the product is in its original product packaging with all accessories and in order, unused or unworn for Tonneau Classic Covers to complete the return.
- Customer must return the original item and request for an exchange, which is subject to product availability.
- Customers must inspect their order upon receipt and notify Tonneau Classic Covers immediately of any damage, incorrect and defective item.
- Once the issue is assessed, Tonneau Classic Covers will either refund or exchange within 7-14 business days. All refunds will be paid back to the same payment method.
- There are conditions that may be applicable for returns or refund calculations.
- Returns are at the customer’s expense.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
